has introduced X-Line, an inline xray
inspection,
measurement
and QC system
accurate
enough to
check the
precise
alignment of
both needles
and devices
that use plastic
components in
plastic or metal cases.
X-Line produces a precise series
of measurements that allow it to
check automatically size, volume,
angle and exact alignment of a
product's internal components. It
will check an accuracy
approaching the thickness of a
human hair, even when
components are flowing past at full
speed on a conveyor belt.
The system easily inspects units
in under a second, is powerful
enough to see
through 20mm
of steel, yet
sensitive
enough to
determine if a
leaflet has been
inserted into a
pack alongside
the regular
contents.
X-Line can
quickly provide detailed threedimensional
data and structural
