Spray cleans

Since MACH 2004, Turbex has added new models to its range of front loading spray cleaning machines. Additions have been made to the single stage AS range and the multi-stage AC models. Now even more standard sizes are available to suit either straightforward degreasing applications or more complex precision projects.

The AC range can have up to three integral heated tanks, plus intermediate rinsing, enabling a range of cleaning chemicals to be used for cleaning, phosphating, passivation etc. If the manifold option is chosen to allow special nozzle positions in the load grating and hot air drying stages, nine different stages automatically in the same chamber can be carried out.
