Hi-Tec Spray has recently delivered another three of ITW Gema's award winning Optiflex Powder Coating Systems.

The Optiflex power management system offers up to 20 coating and 3 preset standard programs.

These include flat parts, complex parts and re-coat, which can be achieved without the need to preheat, therefore saving on oven costs.

The Optistar control unit ensures a uniform, powder transport capability, enabling precision application with reproducible results for standard or metallic finishes.

With the operator in mind, the ergonomically designed and lightweight balanced gun gives comfort, speed and efficiency with less operator fatigue.

The overall advantage has been a massive reduction in powder waste and increased efficiency.
