Ideas into products January 1st 2008 Blue Diamond
Technologies is finding
new markets for its
engineering components,
moulded parts and pressed
metal assemblies. Britannia
Wardrobes is using the
design and manufacturing
resources at Blue Diamond
to translate its ideas and
concepts into actual
products.
In order to streamline
supply and control costs,
Britannia approached Blue
Diamond to see if it could
rationalise further areas of
its supply chain. Blue
Diamond has evaluated and
re-engineered many
components to ensure that
they were not overengineered
and were suited
for production by the most
cost-effective methods.
Components being
supplied include moulded
supports and brackets,
shoe rack arms, and roller
assemblies for the sliding
doors. Britannia uses Blue
Diamond to arrange order
scheduling, packaging and
stockholding of products. More articles from Blue Diamond Technologies Ltd: |
