A new lubricant from Bilt-Hamber Laboratories is said to be outperforming established well-known brands by 3.5:1 in independent wear and weld tests carried out by Tribologic, School of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Leeds.

Suitable for use on a variety of metals and composites, Ferrosol has been developed to penetrate close tolerances, free rusted parts, displace water, restore electrical circuits and provide corrosion protection in a wide range of applications. It can also be used for the removal of gums, adhesives, wax and tar.

The product benefits from extreme pressure capabilities and low surface tension properties.
