Starter selection made easy

WEG is increasing both the functionality and ease of use of its SSW-05 micro soft starters with the introduction of a new programmable keypad and sizing software. The new sizing software makes the task of selecting a soft starter for all types of pumps. fans, compressors and mixers that much easier, while the programmable keypad provides the flexibility and convenience of remote programming, monitoring of the motor control process and simple copying of programs between serial soft starters.

A range comprising 24 models means that the Micro Soft Starters can cater for the majority of motor starting requirements, in the power range from 0.55 to 55kW.

All models are rated for 50 and 60Hz, with the choice of 134 supply voltages from 220 to 575V (3 to 85A).
