Debut for close-coupled magnetic drive pump

Available from JP Pumps is a close-coupled magnetic drive pump that offers users the benefits of leak-free liquids transfer, total product containment, easy maintenance and simple, accurate installation.

New to the Johnson Pump range, the CombiMagBloc, extends the Combi range of safe and environmentally-friendly, sealless pumps and complies with ATEX directives.

Units have a self-centering ‘Taper Lock’ close coupling feature that enables the outer rotor to be directly mounted onto the motor shaft. This eliminates the potential for any ‘flexible’ coupling or bearing frame misalignment. The back-pull-out design ensures that the pump cover containment can remains bolted to the pump casing to allow easy, low cost maintenance and interchangeability with other pumps in the range.

CombiMagBloc pumps provide a capacity of up to 280m3/h, heads to 140m and operate with maximum system pressure of 16bar (options available to 25bar).
