Swedish company SMV, through it's UK arm, SMV presses is exhibiting a range of presses, ancillary coil processing equipment and lubrication systems.

Products on show include SMV's new multi terminal feeder control system, which combines control of the power press, servo roll feed and line administration, allowing the operator to concentrate on only one control terminal. Features of this new control system include advanced automation with a memory function, module choice combinations, including electronic cam control as well at network integration and full programming off line.

Also on show will be a Multi- Lube system for the application and metering of thin lubricants and other low viscosity liquids onto coil strip and tools used in automatic and manual stamping. Multi-Lube delivers a very precise amount of lubricant, regardless of the strip width, and thus is cost effective. In an effort to shake the foundations of the NEC, a 30tonne press will also be shown.
