Silverson will be showing its new EHEDG certified, in-line, high shear mixers for the first time in the UK at Total Processing & Packaging.

The hygienic in-line mixers are believed to be the first of their type to gain EHEDG certification.

Features include interchangeable single or multi-stage rotor/stator arrangements as standard. The company says this results in faster mixing times and finer particle size.

The mixer's outlet can be configured to tangential selfdraining or vertical self-venting positions as required, and units also feature ultra hygienic EHEDG approved interchangeable single or double mechanical shaft seals.

The company will also show its new multifunctional L5 series laboratory mixers and demonstrate standard batch and in-line mixers and flashbend powder/liquid mixing systems.
