Lamellar disc

The V2 Power is the latest lamellar flap disc from Lukas-Erzett. The V2 combines lamellar technology with a glass fibre reinforced backing. The sickle shaped flaps allow up to six abrasive layers to be superimposed. The V2 demonstrates increased stability and robustness while at the same time maintaining a degree of elasticity. The latest model is available in diameters 115mm, 125mm and 178mm, both in 40 and 60 grit sizes. It is suitable for many materials, ranging from steel to aluminum, and for a wide range of applications such as deburring.
