Wilson Tool International will use Mach 2004 to demonstrate its Total Solutions capability for press brake tooling. The supply of special tooling to press brake and punch press users will be emphasised due to its importance in problem solving and application support to customers from a single UK source. However, products from the standard tooling range will also be shown. For press brakes, for example, the tooling service extends across 25 standard tool shapes and forms to the Express Clamp quick-change, self-contained clamping device that can be located anywhere along the beam of the press brake, allowing tools to be changed in seconds without hard tools, pneumatics or hydraulic systems. Express Clamp copes with variations in punch tool thickness and accepts standard Promecam-style punches to 415mm long. Hall 3, Stand 3070
