DRO mode

Heading the Quadra-Check Systems display at MACH 2004 will be the Metronics Gage-Chek digital readout (DRO) for the gauge and inspection market which is available from ACI Europe. Accommodating up to eight encoder inputs, this versatile display combines familiar DRO functionality with colour graphics to provide fast and accurate measurement feedback. Encoders can be algebraically combined for dimensions such as thickness, flatness and volume, and results can be displayed numerically, graphically or archived for process studies. Gage-Cheks DRO mode provides icons indicating process study has been performed, complete with in/out-of-tolerance alert. It also has features such as unit switches, including settings of inch/metric, absolute/incremental, as well as minutes and seconds. Hall 5, Stand 5640
