A Streamline SL-V 50 HP intensifier and AMS I Abrasive Management System from KMT Waterjet Systems have been retrofitted to a waterjet cutting table at AquaCut in Knutsford. The company uses the waterjet to cut logos, lettering and images in a variety of materials.

The SL-V 50 hp pump is said to provide reliable operation, better cutting speed and consistent quality of cut. Energy savings at start up result from reduced power consumption.

The AMS I Abrasive Management System includes an Autoline abrasive cutting head, Feedline III abrasive feeder and Abraline abrasive transfer system. These automate and optimise waterjet cutting by ensuring exactly the correct delivery of filtered abrasive to meet cutting demand.
