Castell goes to unusual lengths for a customer

Apadlock with a very long shackle has been introduced by Castell Iso- Lok. The 340mm high device was produced for a customer who needed to secure a large set of keys.

Padlocks are manufactured to prEN12320:2000 and meet security requirements Grade 3. In the event that no standard padlock is suitable for a particular application, Castell will manufacture an appropriate device.

Standard padlocks are available with 30, 40 and 50mm brass bodies, with three different lengths of brass or steel shackles. The company also offers nickel plated, corrosion-resistant padlocks and a range of fully stainless steel units that are believed to be the first of their kind in the world.

An engraving service is available and padlocks can be provided with chains or danger boards attached.
