responded to customer requests
for a contracted service that
guarantees the refilling of a
customer's fuel tanks within a
designated time period by
launching Rapid Response
Refuelling. Merlin guarantees to
deliver diesel fuel within 6, 12 or 24
hours at any time of the day or
night, depending on the contract.
Refuelling contracts are particularly
necessary for financial institutions,
computer data centres, medical
establishments and buildings that
rely on generators for prime power
such as farms and large private
residences. Merlin controls a fleet
of delivery systems for refuelling
including bowsers, tankers and
