a hygienic Environment
September 1st 2004

When the Titanic Brewery relocated, Phil Harper, structural engineer was employed to oversee the process.

One of the main elements was to create a clean and hygienic surface both on the floor and on the walls, that could take the rigours of the machinery and also the stress of steam cleaning.

Nucoat in conjunction with Resin Surfaces submitted a package of suitable products.

Resupol polymer modified screed was initially laid to falls within the new wash down areas. This was then overlaid with a combination of 9mm thick polyurethane floor screed Resuthane TG69 and Resuthane JT40 polyurethane coving to provide an easy cleanable hygienic environment. Resuthane SL23, self smoothing polyurethane was also applied to a baker storage area, along with Resucoat HB to corridors and walkways.
