The Kistler CoMo Logic is a single channel instrument for monitoring time dependent parameters in both manual and automatic manufacturing, assembly and test processes.

With a sampling rate of up to 1000 cycles per minute and three real time thresholds for overload protection or machine control, it is capable of detecting peak values within the current cycle.

Automatic post cycle analysis compares peak value to a pre-set value to identify when the peak is within the pre-set range, signifying a 'good' part or 'has failed to reach a defined minimum', indicating a process malfunction.

A digital output can be used to reject faulty parts and provide cycle control when applied to a plc, switching contact or signal for manual action.
