Loading partly processed batches of material into containers at Zotefoams has been simplified with two Poweramp dock levellers from Easilift Loading Systems

Polyolefin slabs saturated with nitrogen are frozen to -25°C in two 40ft long static freezer containers at the Croydon factory

There’s a 300mm height difference between the external concrete dock from where the blanks are loaded, and the floor of the freezer containers. This is bridged by the two Poweramp 233 hydraulic dock levellers, raised and lowered automatically by the press of a button and brought to the correct height, after which a 500mm long telescopic lip is extended until it meets the floor of the container.
