Modular door entry system: strong and attractive November 1st 2005 A new range of door panels has been introduced by Videx Security to provide an attractive appearance while offering inherent strength.
Designed using 3D modelling software, the new 4000 Series comprises a variety of configurations, including digital and functional panels. Digital versions offer easy-to-read blue back-lit illuminated display; functional models have blue backlit illuminated name plates.
The panel's standard gunmetal grey frame is made from one-piece die cast alloy that provides substantial strength to the outdoor station. Chrome and gold finished frames are also available. Modules are simply attached to the frames using a strong clip system.
Featuring front plate and push buttons in either flush or surface mounting versions, modules have an attractive mirror, stainless steel finish or a matt aluminium finish.
Panels are hinged to allow the installer to have both hands free when making connections and alignments. The push buttons have a high quality micro switch to give a tactile response when pressing the call buttons.
Videx offers a wide range of panel options for style and multidoor applications. Alternative finishes are available, as well as a full range of additional modules including proximity access control, coded access, mono and colour cameras and a biometric access control module that will allow the door panel to be customised.
Features such as call indication LCD with voice annunciation are also available. More articles from Videx Security UK Ltd: |
