Light control March 1st 2007 The Autolux universal controller from Chalmor is a flexible 7- channel controller that provides a combination of time switching, occupancy and response to changing light levels. As such, the company believes it provides the functionality of a highend lighting management system at low cost. Each channel can be used with up to six sensors of various types, such as presence/absence detectors and photocells, controlling multiple functions within a single zone – or multiple zones – from a single controller. Additional features include a temperature monitoring channel and a 'panic' override to switch all lighting on from a single switch. Designed for ease of use, an LCD enables users to see at a glance the status of the system. The front panel offers two levels of pincontrolled programming – usercontrollable settings and 'engineer level' settings. More articles from Chalmor Limited: |
