Energy saving March 1st 2008 Passive infrared occupancy
switches from Danlers have been
installed at UK Storage in
Bridgwater to cover 400 individual
storage units. Included are longrange
directional switches (pictured
above) with coverage to 25m,
ceiling flush-mounted and ceiling
surface-mounted PIR occupancy
switches with 360° detection.
These controls enable cost and
energy savings by automatically
switching connected loads on
when an area is occupied, and off
when the area has been vacant for
a chosen duration.
All PIR occupancy switches in
Danlers' range have an adjustable
time lag before switch off,
adjustable photocell override and a
relay for switching up to 6A of any
type of load.
