March 1st 2008 Airbloc air curtains aren't just for
keeping warm air within a building,
they can be highly effective in
containing intense cold, as
Cannington Cold Stores of
Bridgewater discovered.
The company sought an
alternative to the high-speed upand-
over doors it had used for
many years on its 2400m2, 2700
pallet chilled store.
An Airbloc AB overdoor air
curtain was installed above the
doorway to each building. They
deliver a sheet of ambient air that
effectively separates interior and
exterior environments without the
use of mechanical doors.
Operatives have free access at
