More space without relocating

Leeds-based De Puy, a
manufacturer of medical
equipment, increase its
sales office and operating
space without having to
relocate.
De Puy needed to extend
a mezzanine which was
being used as office and
sales space.
Adrian Johnson, account
manager at Welconstruct,
comments "The initial
sales area was too
small and not
suitable for the needs
of the staff. The job
was a complete fit
out.
"We extended the
mezzanine by 195m2
– around the size of
two tennis courts – and
installed benches, shelves,
heating, ventilation and air
conditioning to create an
instantly accessible
