Advanced high volume wipers
November 1st 2006 SCA Tissue has upgraded its high volume industrial wipers to make them stronger, bulkier and more absorbent. The Tork Advanced 400 series comprises three grades - 420, 430, and 440 –which together replace the previous Tork Advanced range. The upgraded wipers have a patented 'swirl' pattern that gives them an attractive, distinctive appearance while offering a practical benefit. The wipers are firmly glued together only at the pattern points which means that less glue is used than with other glue embossed wipers and the material is both softer and more environmentally friendly. The use of Through Air Dried tissue in the manufacture of Tork Advanced 420 and 430 wipers also increases their softness and bulk. Tests have shown the new products to be around 30 per cent stronger, bulkier and more absorbent than SCA's previous Tork Advanced range. More articles from SCA Hygiene Products UK Ltd: |
