BEANS MEANS HYGIENICALLY CLEAN

H J Heinz Company uses high efficiency cleaning machines from Nilfisk-Advance to keep floors and processing lines clean and hygienic at its Wigan site.

A BR 700 ride-on scrubber/dryer and 2050 Series industrial wet and dry vacuum cleaners work in the pasta production area.

Tony Currie, Heinz shift manager, comments The machines are very effective. Our in-house cleaning crew uses them to ensure all areas are kept hygienically clean at all times.

The BR 700 combines a 700mm wide scrub path with a scrubbing speed of up to 5.3km/h for cleaning large floor areas quickly and efficiently. Compact and easy to manoeuvre, it can perform U-turns of 165cm and gives 100% water pick-up. One-touch controls contribute to safe and simple operation, while ergonomic design ensures operator comfort.

The 2050 Series of industrial vacuum cleaners, with accessories in an on-board holder, enables quick removal of unwanted particles wet or dry. High performing twin motors provide suction power and an airflow shut-off system activates automatically when the tank is full to prevent overflow and possible motor damage.
