May 1st 2007 A-Plant claims its Access Safety
Training business has been so
successful in less than three years
trading that it has leapt to fifth in
the rankings for training centres
accredited by the International
Powered Access Federation (IPAF).
The training centre complements
the company's powered access
hire fleet by offering a series of
one-day powered access training
courses as a support service to APlant
customers.
Reflecting the importance of
safety training on access platforms,
courses cover training on a range
of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms,
such as scissor lifts, self-propelled
booms, trailer-mounted booms and
personnel lifts.
Training can take place at APlant
locations across Britain or at
