More features, more functions, more efficient July 1st 2007 FLIR Systems' ThermaCAM P640
thermal imaging camera will be on
display at this year's Energy Event.
The camera's 307,200 pixels
gives a level of image detail that
allows smaller targets to be spotted
and measured accurately at greater
distances. The field of view of
ThermaCAM P640 is larger than
many other cameras so fewer
images need to be taken.
Flir says on average 25% fewer
images are required on a typical
survey, getting the job done quicker
and more efficiently.
The ThermaCAM P640 is one of a
series of high-resolution cameras
from FLIR which includes the
ThermaCAM B640 with features that
make it the perfect tool for the
building inspector. Typical examples
are automatic cold and hot spot
detection, 8 x digital zoom and pan
and Picture-on-Picture (POP)
technology that allows a saved
image to be compared to one
scanned in real time. More articles from Flir Systems Ltd: |
