Higher flow
July 1st 2008 The new 70 series valve provides
customers with higher flow rates,
while consuming less power than
traditional solenoids and some
competitor valves, says Midland-
ACS. The 70 series is a directacting
3/2 hazardous area solenoid
valve for the oil, gas and
petrochemical industries. Body
construction uses 316 stainless
steel for maximum internal and
external protection from liquid and
gases. The series is designed for
actuator control and is available
with connections from 1/4 to 1/2in
NPT. It is EExd IIC T6 with IP67
ingress protection classified, for
use in hazardous environments. It
is compliant with the ATEX
directive and IECex certified. |
