September 1st 2004 Sartorius has re-launched its recipe management system, SartoDispense, with an updated design and menu structure.
Designed to bring together the best of industrial weighing technology and state-of-the-art recipe weighing solutions, the software package is a complete recipe weighing system.
On the factory floor, software links with weighing and other equipment to offer a step-by-step guide for workers, reducing errors and ensuring accuracy.
The system controls the process of assembling raw materials, confirming their identity is correct, weighing them accurately against a recipe or formulation, labelling the weighed items, ensuring none are missed or double counted, and recording the entire process.
