High purity process pipework

Process pipework made by Norward uses high grade materials suitable for applications in the pharmaceutical and bio-technology markets. Now, the company has extended its Hi-Purity pipework to other areas of production.

New markets include general process and chemical industries, high purity gases and industrial coatings, food, beverage, toiletries and fine chemicals production, together with water treatment plants. Applications using cleaning-in-place procedures could also benefit.

Full mechanical design, fabrication and installation of process pipework can be provided by Norward and the company can supply associated vessels, pumps and custom built skid mounted equipment.

State-of-the-art automated orbital welding techniques are used and internal surface treatments include chemical passivation, chromium plating and electro-polishing to high standards.

Finished products conform to ASME BPE 2000 and comply with MCA and FDA standards.
