ERP system helps drive business forward

Vickers Pressings is using the latest Enterprise Resource Planning system, Kingfisher v.6, from Datawright, to drive forwards its business.

The highly flexible, fully integrated Windows-based ERP server-side system has been extended to incorporate more than 80 modules and is proving critical in plans to grow the business.

Vickers Pressings was one of the first companies to upgrade to the Kingfisher system to control purchasing, sales, payroll, accounts, stock and manufacturing processes. To expand use of the system, the company has added maintenance, quality control, forecasting, shop floor reporting, CRM and call logging modules.

Key to the successful integration of v.6 has been development and use of a management dashboard module, that provides a graphical and visual representation of the companys statistics and can be accessed by any authorised user.
