CLEANS WITHOUT DAMAGE
September 1st 2005 A new drying/cleaning technique from Air Control Industries is designed for conveyorised applications that demand vigorous air movement action. It is particularly appropriate where product might be vulnerable to contact or surface damage.
Based on ACI’s costefficient, air-powered AirKnife technology, the new system uses a bank(s) of flexible nozzles that move back and forth across the conveyor while delivering high volumes of air at low pressure.
This simple reciprocating action combined with highvolume, low pressure air delivery effectively dislodges residual moisture or debris trapped in awkward places.
