Sealed to IP67
May 1st 2007 Review Display Systems has
introduced a compact PC system,
sealed to IP67, for applications
where dust, water and a shortage
of space present problems.
The AEC-6710 is housed in an
aluminium chassis measuring 165
by 65.6 by 197mm. The unit meets
Mil-Std-810F for storage and
vibration and has an operating
temperature range of -15 to 60°C.
Based around the VIA Mark
533Mhz CPU, the unit supports
512MB SDRAM and has a Compact
Flash socket for solid state data
storage. A Mini PCI expansion slot
is available. Included as standard
is 10/100 base-TX Ethernet, four
serial ports, USB, VGA output,
