SKF has been developed to
minimise friction and maintenance
costs, while maintaining repeatability
and precision under heavy loads.
The simple LLR series provides
high torsional stiffness and strokes
up to a maximum of 6m for
applications where precision and
smooth motion is vital, such as in
automated factory devices,
laboratory equipment and in the
materials handling industry.
LLR linear guide carriages can
incorporate composite inserts, which
act as lubrication reservoirs,
extending component service life
and eliminating the need for frequent
lubrication and costly maintenance.
Carriages also feature optimised ball
recirculation geometry and special
plastic ball separators, which reduce
friction and vibration still further,
providing an almost silent, high
