Reduce tool wear

A new system of toolholding, available from PCM Tooling, known as powRgrip, has been introduced by Rego–Fix. The system is said to offer an advance over conventional toolholders and even over shrink – fit systems as it does not use heat. The powRgrip can securely clamp tools as small as 2mm diameter, a feat which cannot be achieved by heat shrink devices and toolholders. The system also has three micron concentricity, even when clamping tools of 2mm diameter. It features High Vibration Damping and balanceable tool assembly using balancing rings, with precise tool length adjustment and repeatability, as low as 10 microns.
