TDT Machine Guardings Repar2 range comprises guarding systems to suit all machines. The company also offers a bespoke solution. All guards comply with health and safety regulations. For turning machines, for example, guards range from simple steel and polycarbonate screens with a safety microswitch to mobile and swivelling guards fitted to the lathes longitudinal carriage. Included are safety enclosures that slide on ball guides attached to the headstock, fixed safety guards fitted to the rear of the machine, roller blind type paired safety guards and wrap-round transparent screenings.
