Update to Extranet March 1st 2007 After a 12-month development programme, A-Plant has launched the third generation of its real-time Extranet system that can be accessed via the company's website – www.aplant.com.
Customers can view statements, sales invoices and produce a range of reports, indicating, for example, the customer site where each piece of A-Plant equipment is located and which depot it was hired from.
A live hire report can be instantly produced and details the range of equipment on hire, who it was hired by, when it was hired, and the rate.
Customers are able to query and resolve their invoices online, automatically updating the credit services system at APlant and ensuring quicker action and resolution of queries. More articles from A-Plant: |
