July 1st 2008 Phoenix Chemicals is a
pharmaceutical intermediates and
fine chemicals manufacturer,
specialising in the safe handling of
hazardous reactions and chemical
processing problems through
continuous processing. Denca
Controls has regularly performed
engineering support and design
roles for the company.
Most recently Denca acted as
instrument and electrical design
engineer for Phoenix Chemicals as
well as providing the engineering
design and control panels for a
new wiped film evaporator unit at
its Wirral site. Denca provides
process control solutions based on
custom-designed, fully integrated
PLC and HMI software for both
mechanical and electrical
operations, as well as UKAStraceable
calibration and
