Fresh batch July 1st 2008 Mitsubishi Electric's latest batch
server is for controlling short-run
processes in small and mediumsized
specialised applications.
Based on Mitsubishi's Melsec
System Q controllers, the new PAC
(programmable automation
controller) solution for recipeoriented
production offers an
alternative to conventional
computer-based solutions.
The high-availability PAC Batch
Server conforms to the ISA S88.01
industry standard and is a joint
development with INEA and the
Jozef Stefan Institute, both based
in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The Jozef
Stefan Institute developed the
algorithms for the implementation
of the standards. More articles from Mitsubishi Electric Europe: |
