SoftSols Group's Agility Mobile Expert provides mobile engineers and contractors with a quick way to automatically update work order information and time sheets on-thefly, without having to return to the office. It extends the functionality of Agility, the company's browserbased maintenance management tool.

The system enables office-based helpdesk staff to see the status of each engineer at a glance and allocate work orders which can be sent directly to the appropriately skilled technician via a PDA device.

On completion of the work, engineers need only update the work order on their PDA.
