Dolphin gets GSM July 1st 2008 Honeywell has announced that the
Dolphin 7600 mobile computer is
now available with GSM wireless
technology and Microsoft's mobile
operating system, Windows Mobile
6. The added technologies allow
wide area networking (WAN) and
improved tools for fast, secure
mobile application use.
Integrated Adaptus Imaging
Technology 5.0 provides multifunctional
data collection
capabilities including linear and 2D
barcode scanning, digital picture
taking, and paperless signature
capture. The Dolphin 7600's
wireless technologies enable
connectivity to cellular networks,
enterprise networks and peripheral
devices for real-time connectivity.
The design is built for comfortable
one-handed use.
