An alternative to mechanical fastening systems, SikaLock adhesive systems are designed to simplify and speed-up mass production processes across a range of manufacturing industries, from large scale manufacturers to small producers.

Available from Sika, the range comprises fast-acting, moisturecuring cyanoacrylates, anaerobic adhesives and UV-curing adhesives.

For high speed, high strength bonding of most common substrates, the cyanoacrylatebased SikaLock 2000 series is suitable for assemblies with close fitting parts and smooth surfaces.

Within the range are adhesives that withstand varying degrees of temperature humidity and impact resistance, offering a cost-effective and fast alternative to traditional fastening methods.

SikaLock 2100 HT is suitable for electronic purposes, while low odour SikaLock 2100 LO is designed for user comfort and is said to eliminate whitening in cosmetically critical applications.
