Rocol Lubricants has introduced five new instant adhesive products for industrial applications where rapid bonding is required.

The adhesives bond a range of materials in seconds, allowing broken parts to be re-used and boosting production rates. No specialist equipment is required.

Rocol X14-01 is for general purpose use. It will fix ceramics, fabrics and paper products in 5sec. Mild steel surfaces take 10sec.

Rocol X14-06 can be used for the rapid bonding of rubber and plastics, and even EPOM rubber takes just 5sec to secure.

Rocol X14-54 Gel is for use where greater control is required or where parts are not close fitting. The multi-use adhesive does not drip even when applied overhead.

Rocol X14-60 low odour can be used on delicate and electronic assemblies without fear of blooming. It can be used where an unmarked appearance is critical and where fumes could be a problem. Rocol X14-80 heavy duty is suitable for small metal parts where the bond must endure heavy peel loads.
