Condition monitoring
July 1st 2007 AMCC Services specialises in
condition monitoring training and
consultancy services. Its Level
1Vibration Analysis training
courses are accredited through
BINDT and satisfy the requirements
of CMGEN & ISO18436 Appendix
D. The training courses can be
delivered on-site at customer's
premises or off-site at facilities on
the outskirts of Chester. Its pricing
structure has been designed to
cater for small or large delegates
for either on-site or off-site courses.
Other services that can be
provided include laser alignment of
equipment; balancing of fans and
pumps as well as compressed air
leak detection using airborne
ultrasound. Airbourne ultrasound is
an effective compliment to infrared
thermography programmes,
especially where electrical panels
cannot be opened for infrared
inspections. Airbourne ultrasound
can also identify defects in various
types of steam traps. |
