Cable strain relief
May 1st 2005 A cable stain relief strap has been developed for igus Energy chains.
The Chainfix strap, used with igus cable carriers, effectively eliminates safety issues for cables and hoses and is said to provide double the relief of a standard strain relief.
Slim and of low height, it allows optimal use of limited internal space.
A key feature is the ribbed pressure-, counter- and press-trough. Ribs increase the supporting surface of the cables causing them to clutch the troughs resulting in safe strain relief for various cable diameters and materials. More articles from igus (UK) Limited: |
