Thermal imagers hot up April 14th 2008 Fluke have brought out two new high-performance thermal imagers, the Ti25 and the Ti10, to perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Infrared and visible light images in full screen or picture-in-picture views are integrated by IR Fusion – an image correction method that overlays the visual and thermal image on top of each other, independent of measurement distance.
The imagers are built to function in harsh work environments with an IP53 rating to withstand water and dust and tested to withstand a drop of 2m.
The Ti25 can record voice comments with images and features on-screen emissivity correction. Temperature measurement is -20 to +350°C (+250°C for the Ti10), with a widescreen colour LCD display and optimised thermal sensitivity.
