Warm Air Heater on ECA List January 1st 2006 The new UDSB warm air heater from Reznor UK is said to offer all the benefits of the high efficiency UDSA model and has a direct-drive centrifugal fan. This makes it suitable for applications requiring distribution of heat through ducting or induction nozzles, or where the unit is positioned as an over-door heater.
The heater's energysaving capability means it is listed on the Energy Technology List, making it eligible for Enhanced Capital Allowances.
Described as one of the most flexible warm air heaters on the market, the UDSB is available in outputs between 15 and 64kW.
The centrifugal fan is said to provide a longer throw than most similar units. This means that in larger premises it can be mounted at high levels, safely out of the way of overhead cranes and other high level machinery.
