System to manage road risk

A fleet road risk management system has been launched by Total Motion Vehicle Management to help businesses meet their duty of care responsibilities.

The web-based system has been developed by a team of fleet, legal and risk management professionals from a proven health and safety and COSHH management programme.

It is managed and supported by the supplier; the client decides how much day-to-day administration he/she wishes to take in-house, leaving the rest to Total Motion.

The company is confident that, if the system is used correctly, it will guarantee that clients meet their legal responsibilities, protect them from risk of prosecution, help to reduce fleet costs and improve the safety of drivers.

It manages all vehicles driven on company business, regardless of ownership, and all drivers, regardless of employee status.
