March 1st 2006 Described as a totally new concept in full body harness design, the Miller Revolution provides workers with fall protection that is convenient to adjust and ergonomically designed for a comfortable fit.
It is available in five versions to meet different needs and types of activity. R1 Miller revolution Basic is a heavy duty harness with standard fixing buckles, while R2 Comfort is a quick-fit version with protective back shield. R3 Premium is the same as the Comfort but has a work positioning belt.
Features such as hands-free positioning are included on the R4 and R5 Telecoms and Utilities harnesses.
All models confirm to EN 361 and R4 and R5 conform to EN 358 as well.
A PivotLink connection allows smooth movement when bending and contributes to improved mobility and harnesses include an integrated accessory system with convenient connection points for tools and accessories.
Other features include a Cam buckle for simultaneous adjustment of shoulder straps and an ergoArmour back shield that maintains good air circulation and minimises impact from wearing heavy snap hooks and SRLs.
DualTech webbing contributes to long term wearer comfort, ease of use and environmental resistance and web finials organise webbing after the wearer has finished adjustments.
