Good grip and oil repellence
September 1st 2007 The HyFlex 11-920 glove from
Ansell Healthcare is designed for
people handling slightly oily metal
components who need a secure
grip for safety and performance.
Ansell says tests have shown that
the glove offers wearers a controlled
grip on slightly oil surfaces. Hands
stay clean due to the oil-repellent
coating, and dexterity and comfort
are maintained.
Centexbel, a Belgium-based
research body, conducted tests on
the glove and found it to be
resistant to n-hexane, with an
average breakthrough time of
150min. For sulphuric acid
(95%),breakthrough time was
